Forcht Bank opened its newest banking center on Monday, September 20 at 2410 Lantern Ridge Drive, in the Richmond Centre. This will be the bank’s 34th banking center and first in Madison County.

Longtime Madison County Banker, Bill Walters will assume the duty of Market President. Said Mr. Walters, “This is an exciting time for me and my staff to open this beautiful facility in our hometown. With the support of Chairman Terry Forcht, President Mark Boison and the other support staff, we are ready to assist citizens of Madison County with their banking needs. This is a competitive market and we are ready for the challenge.”

The 3,400 square foot facility will employ seven. The full service facility will have four drive up lanes and a drive up ATM. In addition to Mr. Walters, the bank will employ other long time Madison County Bankers. They include Charles “Chuck” Keller, David Pigg, Tommy Hawkins and Eda Hale.

With this opening, Forcht Bank further continues to operate in cities and towns along the Interstate 75 corridor.
