(Lexington, KY) On May 27th, 2022, Terry Forcht and the leadership team at Forcht Bank held an official ribbon cutting for the new Forcht Bank office in downtown Lexington, KY at 390 West Main Street. The 1200 square foot office located across from Rupp Arena offers access to business banking experts, an OnDemand Video Banking Teller, and causal café seating with access to WIFI.
“We’re incredibly excited to officially be part of the Downtown Lexington business community,” said Tucker Ballinger, Forcht Bank President & CEO. “Downtown Lexington is going through an incredible revitalization, and we see a great opportunity to support the growth that will come as a result. We couldn’t have chosen a better location – we’re in the middle of everything at the corner of Main and Broadway.”
Leadership at Forcht Bank worked closely with architecture and design firm, K4, and interior designer, My Favorite Things, to create an inviting, multi-use space; it was the third project together between the two organizations. The office can accommodate 1-on-1 meetings with the two private offices, as well as loan closings. The shared common areas, which resemble a small café, feature bench seating along the wall, as well as a high-top bar area ideal for laptop use. The office also features amenities such as a coffee bar, public WIFI, and a 6 foot LED fork which has become a recognized symbol for the bank brand.
The new location will have a shared workspace for bankers to assist clients, with the exception of Houston Hall, Lexington Market President, who will have a designated office. The new downtown Lexington office makes 26 convenient locations for Forcht Bank customers to receive expert banking service and guidance.
Forcht Bank is a Kentucky-owned community bank with approximately $1.5 billion in assets and 26 banking offices in 13 counties Kentucky and Ohio – Fayette, Jefferson, Boone, Grant, Madison, Taylor, Pulaski, Laurel, Whitley, Knox, Green and Hamilton. www.forchtbank.com
