Forcht Group of Kentucky has named Leslie Jarvis as its new Corporate Human Resources Director. Ms. Jarvis was most recently Vice President and Human Resources Director at Town & Country Bank and Trust Company in Bardstown, KY.
Prior to her position with Town & Country Bank, she worked for 23 years for Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, holding various training, employee relations, youth services and human resources positions, including Director of Human Resources from 2010 to 2012.
Ms. Jarvis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Relations and Secondary Education from Milligan College in Milligan College, TN, and is currently working toward her MBA at Sullivan University. She is certified by SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management, as a PHR-Professional in Human Resources.
