Corbin Nursing Home is located in Southeastern Kentucky. We provide services including 24-hour nursing care, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of our residents and helping to create a sense of belonging.
First Corbin Long Term Care, Inc. opened its first nursing home, Hillcrest Nursing Home, in 1972 and now operates nine nursing homes in eastern and southeastern Kentucky. More than 1,200 employees provide care and health services, including 24 hour nursing care, physical/occupational/speech therapy, pharmaceutical and laboratory services, individualized activity programs, and menus and special diets created by a registered dietitian for our clients.
Forcht Diagnostic Lab (www.forchtlab.com), headquartered in Lexington, focuses on providing a variety of lab services exclusively to the long-term health care industry. Forcht Diagnostic Lab touts a seasoned staff with more than 75 years combined experience, utilizes state of the art equipment to provide around the clock service, and offers same day results on most lab tests.
Forcht Pharmacy (www.forchtpharmacy.com), based in Corbin, has spent nearly 20 years providing pharmaceutical services to long-term health care facilities across the commonwealth. In addition to pharmacy services, Forcht Pharmacy also operates an Enteral Division that provides tracheostomy, urological and related services to nursing homes.
Harlan Nursing Home has been providing top quality care in a comfortable atmosphere to Harlan and surrounding areas since 1979. Our facility is conveniently located beside the Harlan Appalachian Hospital. Our dedicated and professional staff works hard to provide our residents with high-quality care in a homelike environment.
Hazard Nursing Home is a 200 bed care facility located in scenic Perry County, Kentucky. Our Medicaid and Medicare certified facility features 24 hour nursing and physician services, as well as pharmacy, lab, and radiology services. Hazard Nursing Home caters to residents who may require either long-term care, or a short-term rehabilitation stay.
Hillcrest Nursing Home originally opened our doors on September 4, 1973. Our home sits atop a beautiful hillside on seven plus acres, located only minutes from I-75 in Corbin, Kentucky. We are very proud to be a member of not only the Corbin community, but the entire Tri-County Area, which includes, Knox, Laurel and Whitley Counties.
Hyden Nursing Home is a 94 bed care facility located in the pristine mountains of Leslie County, in Eastern Kentucky. Our facility was recently dubbed one of Kentucky’s top seven places to work. We provide our residents with physician services and radiology services, as well as pharmacy and lab services. Hyden Nursing Home also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Knott County Nursing Home is located in the beautiful mountains of Southeastern Kentucky, also referred to as the “Elk Capital of the East”. Our home provides many services including 24 hour nursing care, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also have a new state of the art therapy and rehab department located on our Debra K Reynolds wing that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Williamsburg Nursing Home is located in Southeastern Kentucky. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Wolfe County Health Care Center is a 100-bed nursing facility located in the Southeastern Kentucky town of Campton. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physician, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services. We also offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
